Orthodontist Serving Henderson, NV
We should say this plainly: there is no Henderson office. Ours is on S. Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, right at the city line — and it is closer to most of Henderson than that sounds.
One orthodontist, 8 to 15 minutes away
Plenty of practices advertise a Henderson location they do not have. We would rather give you the drive time and let you decide.
What you get for those ten minutes is a single-orthodontist practice. Dr. Beth Yamashiro completed three years of orthodontic residency at Roseman here in southern Nevada and has practised orthodontics exclusively since 2012. She plans your case and she adjusts it — there is no associate you have not met, and no handoff halfway through.
Our assistants have been with the practice for years, so your history is known rather than looked up. And English, Tagalog and German are all spoken at the desk.
Drive times from Henderson
The office sits just off the 215 at Eastern. From Green Valley you are about eight minutes out, from Seven Hills ten, from MacDonald Highlands twelve, and from Anthem roughly fifteen. Most Henderson patients reach us faster than they expect.
Families across the Coronado, Foothill, Green Valley and Liberty attendance zones make up a large share of our patients.

A first evaluation by age seven, as the AAO recommends. Most children need no treatment yet — and we will tell you so.

Invisalign →Adult orthodontics
About one in four of our patients is an adult. Discreet ceramic and lingual options alongside aligners.
Adult orthodontics →Costs & financing
0% APR monthly plans with no credit check, CareCredit accepted, and your insurance benefit applied first.

Three years of orthodontic residency at Roseman, practising orthodontics exclusively since 2012, Nevada license #S3-238.
Meet the team →Where our Henderson patients actually come from
Henderson is not one place. A family in Green Valley and a retiree in Sun City Anthem are making very different decisions, and the drive is only part of it.
Green Valley & Green Valley Ranch
Our closest and largest Henderson catchment, roughly eight minutes via Windmill or Serene. Predominantly families with school-age children, and the area with the most orthodontic competition — including several corporate groups. The families who come to us have usually visited one of those first and wanted to know who would actually be treating them.
Green Valley details →Seven Hills & MacDonald Highlands
Ten to twelve minutes via Seven Hills Drive and St. Rose. Patients here ask about discretion more than anywhere else in Henderson, which is why we offer lingual braces bonded behind the teeth alongside Invisalign and clear ceramic.
Seven Hills details →Anthem, Sun City Anthem & Inspirada
Fourteen to sixteen minutes via the 215. The furthest Henderson communities we serve, and the ones where the drive genuinely needs justifying. For aligner cases with check-ins every six to eight weeks it barely registers; for two-year braces cases it is a real consideration and we say so.
Anthem details →Whitney Ranch & Paradise Hills
Nine to ten minutes north-east of the office. A mix of long-settled families and newer arrivals, and one of the areas where Nevada Medicaid orthodontic coverage comes up most often. We accept it, and we verify the benefit before treatment starts rather than after.
Get directions →How to compare orthodontists in Henderson
Five questions worth asking at any consultation, including ours. They separate practices faster than any website can.
Who performs the treatment at every visit?
In a group practice you may see whichever provider is on rotation. Ask directly whether the orthodontist you meet at the consultation is the one adjusting your braces in eighteen months. At Beth’s Braces the answer is yes, because there is only one orthodontist.
Is a 3D scan included before planning?
Two-dimensional X-rays flatten root angulation and impacted teeth into one plane. Our iCAT FLX scan is part of the free consultation, not an add-on, and Dr. Beth reviews it with you on screen.
Are all adjustment visits and retainers in the quoted fee?
Some quotes look lower because retention is billed separately at the end. Ask what the number actually covers before comparing two figures.
What happens if my case does not track as planned?
Teeth do not always move as predicted. The useful answer describes revising the plan, not pushing on regardless. Mail-order aligner services cannot answer this question at all.
Will they tell me if I do not need treatment?
The clearest signal of a practice worth trusting is whether “not yet” is an outcome they are willing to give you. For children evaluated around age seven, it is the most common one here.
Insurance and financing for Henderson families
Most dental plans carry a separate orthodontic benefit — commonly one to two thousand dollars, usually a once-per-lifetime maximum rather than an annual one, and sometimes limited to dependent children. We verify yours before treatment starts and apply it to your total, so the figure you finance is genuinely your out-of-pocket cost.
For the remainder, most Henderson families use our in-house monthly plan: 0% APR, no credit check, and a figure agreed before treatment begins that does not change. It is not a lending product, so there is no application to be declined for. We also accept CareCredit for anyone who prefers a third party, and orthodontic treatment is generally an eligible FSA and HSA expense.
If you are treating more than one child, say so at the consultation. Coordinating start dates and payment schedules across siblings is routine here.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Henderson?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our single office is at 9480 S. Eastern Ave, Suite 145, Las Vegas NV 89123, just off the 215 at the Henderson boundary. Most Henderson neighbourhoods reach us in eight to fifteen minutes.
How long is the drive from Anthem?
About fifteen minutes via the 215 or Eastern. Sun City Anthem, Anthem Highlands and Anthem Country Club are all in roughly that range.
Why choose you over an orthodontist inside Henderson?
Mainly continuity. We are one practice with one orthodontist rather than a group with rotating providers, so you see Dr. Beth at every appointment. Whether that is worth a few extra minutes is genuinely your call.
Do you treat adults as well as children?
Yes. Roughly one in four of our patients is an adult, and Invisalign is the most requested option among them.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are on a reduced schedule for a short period at present, so please call (702) 706-2468 ahead to confirm same-day availability.
Do you accept Nevada Medicaid?
Yes, along with most major carriers including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, United Healthcare, Teamsters Local 986 and Electrical Workers Local 357. We verify your specific orthodontic benefit before treatment starts.
Can I transfer my treatment to you from another Henderson practice?
Yes. Bring your records or have your previous office send them. Dr. Beth reviews where your case stands and quotes only the remaining treatment rather than a full course.
What if my child does not need braces yet?
Then we say so and schedule a check-in. For children evaluated around age seven that is the most common outcome here, and the evaluation costs nothing either way.
Come see whether we are worth the drive.
A free consultation, a 3D scan, and a written plan with real numbers. Decide afterwards — there is no pressure and nothing owed if you pass.
